Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LexiCalm mobile application and website (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & User Accounts

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by local law in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.
  • Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. In-Game Purchases & Virtual Items

  • Virtual Currency & Items: Coins, cosmetic avatars, profile headers, and borders earned or purchased within LexiCalm constitute a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
  • No Monetary Value: Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or transferred outside the Services.
  • Store Terms: All billing and transactions conducted via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective store’s terms and refund policies.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, bots, or unauthorized automation software to alter gameplay or manipulate leaderboards.
  • Impersonating other players, LexiCalm staff, or community members.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of our applications.
  • Uploading abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or inappropriate usernames or profile content.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in LexiCalm—including word game mechanics, interface designs, artwork, trademarks, audio, and underlying software—are and remain the exclusive property of LexiCalm and its licensors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LexiCalm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the Services.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in competent courts.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. When updates occur, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our Services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
